In mid-2024, I found myself at a crossroads. From the outside, life looked complete, a steady career in People & Culture, loving relationships, a full social life. Inside, however, I felt disconnected and unfulfilled. I realised I was living a life that didn’t feel true to me.

With honesty and courage, I chose to let go of what no longer served me — my career, my relationship, and the familiar routines that kept me safe but stagnant. It was the most confronting and liberating decision of my life. Through solitude, reflection, and deep inner work, I began rebuilding from the inside out, learning to lead myself with authenticity, self-compassion, and courage.

This journey became my rebirth — a return to alignment, purpose, and possibility. I channelled my passion for human behaviour, mindfulness, and leadership into creating Interstellar Coaching & Consulting — a space for conscious growth and transformation. Today, I bring my personal and professional experiences together to help others reconnect with their truth, lead with integrity, and create meaningful change in their lives and organisations.

With over a decade of experience in People & Culture, I’ve had the privilege of working across multiple industries and collaborating with people across numerous countries, supporting individuals and organisations to grow, evolve, and reach their potential. I have had experience across the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle including, Attraction and Retention, Employee and Industrial Relations, Learning and Development, Reward, Recognition and Benefits, Progression and Performance, Separation as well as Culture, Corporate Acquisitions and HR Integration — each shaping my understanding of how people think, work, and connect. 

Over the years, I realised that true transformation begins from within. That insight led me to transition from People & Culture into leadership  coaching, group training and facilitation, and keynote speaking - where I could combine my professional expertise with my passion for human behaviour, personal development, and conscious leadership. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that you hold the power and wisdom to consciously create the life you desire — it all begins and ends with you. As a Leadership Coach, I help you step into your authenticity and build alignment between who you are and what you want. Through empathy, compassion, and active listening, I create a safe space to explore your story, challenge limiting beliefs, and shift perspectives that hold you back.

Together, we uncover what drives your beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while unlocking your strengths and setting meaningful, sustainable goals. I weave mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork into sessions where appropriate, blending insight with practical action. 

You will be empowered to embody and integrate your insights, learnings and lessons to ensure the changes you make are meaningful and sustainable. You will have an accountability partner in me who also ensures your progress is recognised and celebrated every step of the way. My approach is conscious, supportive, and empowering — helping you lead yourself with greater clarity, purpose, and confidence.

Outside of coaching and consulting, I’m deeply passionate about living a mindful and balanced life. I find joy in practices that nurture creativity, presence, and connection — whether that’s through yoga, meditation, exercise, travel, or spending time in nature. These experiences continually inspire my work and remind me of the importance of self-care, curiosity, and exploration in both personal and professional growth.
